Edynsson Caballero started ARD in 2010, he had a vision for the way real estate and developer should be handled in Chiriqui Province: Anticipate and respond to the real estate needs of buyers and sellers, and support the communities you serve. What he didn’t know is that he would also significantly change the way real estate is practiced. Edynsson studied Bank and Finance at Latina University. Firts he was introduce to the Panama Real Estate Business by Panama Spectacular 2005-2007 (USPA and ACOBIR) On leaving Panama City in 2007 and Boquete City 2009, he worked for Premier Panama Real Estate Inc. (Coldwell Banker Panama) like Panama Real Estate Office Manager, being responsible for one of the first Real Estate in the country. Because of these experience, innovations and paradigm shifts, ARD has grown to become the leading commercial real estate and developer company in the west of Republic of Panama, building on its commitments to professionalism, integrity and service to the communities of which it is a part.
